My first Scooter Cannonball and hopefully not my last! Rider number 08 on the roster as VespaChef, on a 2011 Vespa GTV 300. A member of the Apocalypse Scooter Club of Calgary Alberta, and excited to ride in such an iconic event. Also pleased to participate in the Malossi Great Adventure Series (#MalossiGAS) and eager to share my experiences as I ride my Vespa over 6,000 miles which includes the SCBR, Boston to the start line and finish line back to Calgary, Alberta Canada. Took a right-angle turn in my life, stepped away from management consulting to go to culinary school. I participated in study tours to Copenhagen and Singapore, served a Executive VP of the SAIT Culinary Association and presented demonstration plates for the Great Canadian Kitchen Party. I work for the NHL’s Calgary Flames, as a banquet chef, focused on special events and the Top Shelf game day experience.
